About the Role DYNAMITE is hiring a part-time Operations Associate at Woodfield Mall. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll support the team by optimizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring a strong stockroom and store presentation to maximize sales and profitability. What You'll Do
- Provide stockroom organization and inventory management, including shipment processing and replenishment on the sales floor
- Process shipments, replenish stock, brand merchandise, and support eCommerce order fulfillment
- Assist with markdowns and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards
- Contribute to a positive shopping experience and collaborate with the Store Manager and team
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to daily store priorities and seasonal needs What We're Looking For
