Pay Range: €46,500 - €58,000
The role:
As a Dynamic 365 Solution Specialist (Technical) , you will help drive our goals by:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, and operational system requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and processes and propose enhancements.
- Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and solution implementation.
- Govern and validate third-party solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Support the design, development, and deployment of new system functionalities.
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decision-making.
- Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms.
- Develop models, reports, and system documentation to support business functions.
- Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Knowledge of ERP Applications:
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
- Ability to assess and govern third-party solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities.
