Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Coach to oversee the operations and performance of multiple restaurants in the Kansas City market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator and strong people leader who can balance day-to-day restaurant execution with strategic thinking and business leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach multiple restaurant teams.

• Develop and mentor General Managers and management teams.

• Drive sales, profitability, labor, and operational performance.

• Analyze P&L and performance metrics to identify opportunities.

• Ensure consistent execution of company standards and marketing programs.

• Conduct regular restaurant visits and business reviews.

• Hold leaders accountable while recognizing strong performance.

• Resolve guest concerns and promote a positive guest experience.

• What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant operations experience.

• 2+ years of multi-unit experience preferred.

• QSR experience strongly preferred; casual dining considered.

• Proven ability to lead and develop General Managers.

• Strong P&L, labor, sales, and operational knowledge.

• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.

• ServSafe certification required.
