About the Role DXP Solution Architect within Genpact Experience unit, responsible for designing end-to-end customer experience solutions across multiple DXP technologies and ensuring alignment of marketing and commerce platforms to business goals.
What You'll Do

Design holistic architecture for websites, portals, and digital products spanning content management, e-commerce, personalization and analytics.

Evaluate and recommend DXP technology stacks based on client requirements, defining integration points with CRM, ERP and third-party services.

Develop architectural blueprints, solution diagrams and technical roadmaps, mapping capabilities to client KPIs.

Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and delivery: assist proposal writing, estimate effort, identify risks, and guide engineering teams to meet design.

Ensure performance, security and scalability in designs.

Stay current with multi-DXP trends to refine Genpact Experience’s DXP best practices.

AI-Specific Capabilities & Expectations: Proactively incorporate AI and intelligent services and chatbot integrations. Fluency in agentic AI concepts for tagging, image generation, or A/B testing optimization. Collaborate with the Agentic Transformation Lead to embed AI capabilities into the architecture and data flows. Use AI tools in daily work for prototyping and documentation speed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing & Communications Solution Leads to translate vision into technical requirements; partner with Digital Workplace Architects when integration with intranets or employee portals is needed. Mentor engineers during delivery and coordinate with vendor solution architects for design reviews.
