Job Description Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests to minimise disruption and enhance the guest experience. Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and hotel equipment. Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and fault finding to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hotels. Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, and mechanical maintenance in accordance with qualifications and competency. Maintain the presentation and functionality of external façades, public spaces, and high-traffic areas to the highest standard. Undertake painting, patching, and repairs to internal and external surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
