Duty Manager at Karma Group with Visa Sponsorship in UK Karma Group is hiring for Duty Manager in Evesham, England Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest services Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality Assist in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff members Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.
