This role is the starting point of a real career: from Analyst to Manager, with progression based on what you demonstrate. The Outlier account is the north star; you learn the standard before inheriting it and will prepare you to own it in time.

What You'll Do

• Prepare every meeting with depth (pre-research, EE context, current moment, open asks); be present in interactions with your own judgment, and close every follow-up loop without being asked.
• Manage portfolio size expectations: 6–10 accounts as Analyst, 8–14 as Associate, 10–16 as Sr. Associate.
• Own portfolio tracking and health: keep information current on growth trajectory, engagement level, segmentation, open asks, and upcoming milestones.
• Start with first accounts where you already have context and the founder knows you; this is the formalization of ongoing work.
• Work with account types: 2nd Companies, Entrepreneurs, Watchlist Accounts — future Outliers (depending on level).
• Learn the Outlier standard from the inside: observe how the Head reads the founder’s moment, mobilizes resources, and maintains trust under high pressure.
• Peer experience execution: support logistics, preparation, and on-the-ground execution of mentorships, peer sessions, retreats, roundtables, portfolio events; manage participant details, materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Ecosystem research and activation support: research relevant alumni, mentors, or C-level leaders for specific entrepreneurs; support the Dupla 1 in coordinating and following up on those connections.

What We're Looking For

• Organizational discipline: ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in parallel without losing details or commitments, and proactively working on them.
• CRM, tracking tools, and use of AI: keeps records and tools clean and up to date, with an advanced use of AI.
• Ability to learn the most complex portfolio relationships, observe founder moments, mobilize high-quality resources, and maintain trust during high-pressure stages.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with the Dupla 1 (Head) and support the portfolio effectively.
• Growth mindset: readiness to progress along the Analyst → Associate → Sr. Associate path based on performance.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to learn by doing.
