- Absolvieren der theoretischen Phasen an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, Campus Friedrichshafen
- Durchlaufen der Praxisphasen im Stammwerk Sindelfingen in den Jahren 2 und 3
- Mitarbeit in Bereichen wie Fahrzeugentwicklung, Software- und Steuergeräteentwicklung, Mess- und Prüftechnik oder Produktion
- Teilnahme an Campus-Schulungen und Seminaren (meist in Stuttgart) und Austausch mit Studierenden aus allen Werken What We're Looking For
