About the Role Be part of ZF's FutureStarter program in Hannover. The Duales Studium offers a 3-year, theory-and-practice-integrated Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance, starting 01.09.2027. You will join international teams, take on responsibility for projects, and work in a structured 12-week rhythm alternating theory at FHDW Hannover and practice at the Hannover site. In addition,Dual Studierende form an autonomous team focused on health promotion (Sports & More) and organize cross-site activities for all employees. What You'll Do
- Participate in cost planning and forecasting, monitor corporate KPIs, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
- Assist with the control and documentation of asset and earnings position, project steering, and management reporting
- Explore and work within the Finance department’s diverse focus areas: creating various calculations, executing or automating reports, conducting analyses, driving process optimization, and independently guiding small projects
- Learn IFRS reporting and actively contribute to related processes
- Gain exposure to other departments beyond Finance during the dual-study phases What We're Looking For
- Allgemeine Hochschulreife or Fachhochschulreife
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Interest in business administration contexts and corporate structures
- Strong numerical understanding and interest in finance topics
- Proficient English and strong overall communication
- Willingness to engage, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility
