Diehl offers a dual study program combining theoretical lectures at university with practical work in Diehl divisions or at the headquarters. By the end of your studies you will have an internationally recognized Bachelor's degree and strong career prospects in the technology group.
What You'll Do
- Pursue a dual study program combining university studies with practical work at Diehl's divisions or headquarters.
- Receive coaching from experts and managers and have regular opportunities to exchange experiences; participate in internships and internal events.
- Apply to trainee program after graduation if you impress during the program.
- Engage in networking opportunities such as site visits and practical experience days in the Nuremberg area; participate in Students' Day at headquarters and Regulars' Table.
- Benefit from Diehl scholarships for talented students at RWTH Aachen University, TH Nürnberg and FAU Nürnberg; sponsorship prize for top graduates at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg.

What We're Looking For
- Motivated students who want to start a dual study program and value forward-thinking.
- Willingness to commit to studies and achieve results; good organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in technology; openness to technical or commercial subjects; willingness to study at Diehl locations across Germany.
