Job title: DTX Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern
About the Role Logitech's DTX Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern is a 6-month journey from a data student to a Supply Chain Architect, focusing on Cost to Serve and OTIF optimization within a hybrid Utrecht-based program. This internship provides hands-on experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and AI, applying academic knowledge to Logitech’s webstore, social commerce partners, and global logistics across Europe and North America.
What You'll Do
- Phase 1 Foundations (Month 1-2): Master data plumbing in Snowflake, understand multi-currency and multi-region data structures, map logistical activities to financial costs, and understand the Order-to-Delivery lifecycle for web and social commerce.
- Phase 2 Advanced Insights & Cost Optimization (Month 2-3): Enhance OTIF and Cycle Time dashboards, add granular Cost to Serve layers linking operational performance to financial impact; identify one financial bottleneck and present data-backed improvement plan.
- Phase 3 The Innovation Pilot (Month 4-6): Build a predictive exception management tool using data/AI to view shipment exceptions and forecast which delays incur penalties or extra carrier fees; deliver a legacy AI tool for ongoing use.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or Data Science and seeking a graduation project or mandatory internship.
- "T-Shaped" analytics with strong data visualization and understanding of how data-driven decisions impact P&L and global logistics.
- Curiosity to uncover the financial causes behind disruptions and a passion for optimizing profitability.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, and AI tooling; experience in cross-functional projects; knowledge of logistics across Europe and North America.
