Main tasks and responsibilities

• 按时按量完成班组长安排的每日、周、月生产任务 Complete daily, weekly, and monthly production tasks assigned by the team leader/foreman on time and in required quantities.
• 正确理解并熟练掌握工作岗位加工产品的工艺或作业标准要求，以及所用设备、工装、工具的性能、操作规程和生产中可能出现的问题，严格按照操作说明作业 Correctly understand and proficiently master the process or work standard requirements for products processed at the workstation, as well as the performance, operating procedures, and possible production problems of the equipment, tooling, and tools used; strictly follow operating instructions.
• 能正确判断所做产品的质量状况并做出正确处置，做好生产过程中的半成品、成品的储存和防护，每天做好生产过程中的各项记录工作 Be able to correctly judge the quality status of products and handle them properly, properly store and protect semi-finished and finished products during production, and complete all production records daily.
• 正确使用和管理作业设备，确保人身和设备安全，并做好设备的日维护保养工作 Correctly use and manage operating equipment to ensure personal and equipment safety, and perform daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
• 遵守公司的各项规章制度，正确佩戴劳动防护用品，保持工作环境符合5S要求 Comply with company rules and regulations, correctly wear labor protection equipment (PPE), and maintain the work environment in compliance with 5S requirements.
• 参与并推进精益生产Epiroc lean各项活动 Participate in and promote various Lean Production Epiroclean activities.
• 正确使用和保管本岗位的危化品，负责将废弃物放置至指定区。 Correctly use and keep hazardous chemicals for the position, and be responsible for placing waste in designated areas.
• 有效实施公司对本岗位相关的安全，环保，健康标准和规章。 Effectively implement company safety, environmental, and health (EHS) standards and regulations related to the position.
• 完成领导交代的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Competences, skills and experience

• 大学及以上学历 college education or above.
• 有制造业工作经验，机械加工厂工作经验尤佳 Experience in manufacturing; experience in machining plants is preferred.
• 接受公司加班和倒班安排 Willing to accept company overtime and shift arrangements.
• 认可并乐于接受公司核心价值观 Recognize and be willing to accept the company's core values.

Behaviors
