About the Role The DSI Loader on the 2nd Shift supports Debone Plant operations by arranging breast meat and/or tenders on high‑speed processing machines to ensure proper processing and portioning. This safety‑sensitive role requires maintaining a safe, sanitary work area and following company policies in a fast‑paced production environment. What You'll Do
- Assist in the production of quality food products by properly arranging breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned.
- Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms; regularly lift and/or move up to 25‑40 pounds.
- Follow safety procedures; this is a safety sensitive position.
- Be prepared to work in wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold; and a loud environment.

- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift 25‑40 pounds regularly in a fast‑paced setting.
- Comfort working around moving parts, fumes/airborne particles, and in wet/humid and loud environments.
- Willingness to perform duties as assigned on the Debone Plant line and to follow sanitation and safety protocols.

- Pay rate: $16.25 per hour.

- Incentives: $1/hour weekly attendance incentive and $1/hour night shift premium.
