Drying and Blending Operator
Job Summary
Operation of the dryer routes, equipment, and associated accessories, including periodic field inspections to monitor equipment condition and verify its operational status in real time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all dryers and associated equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve optimal operational results.
- Operate the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to monitor and control production processes.
- Promptly report equipment faults and malfunctions to the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Adhere to established refinery safety procedures and protocols.
- Implement and comply with Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) on the production line.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
- An OND or other higher qualification in Engineering or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of HMI operation/troubleshooting.
- Good technical background regarding Dryer and conveyor operation.
- Excellent safety culture.
