About this role

About the Role The Dry Ice Technician packs and prepares dry ice orders for different segments of Dry Ice markets while maintaining the safety, health and environmental standards of the plant. What You'll Do

  • Load trailers and ship dry ice directly to branches or customers
  • Keep the production area, warehouse, and shipping bins clean to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
  • Prepare shipping documents to ensure all deliveries are properly documented
  • Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack as part of daily tasks
  • Meet established standards for productivity and quality
  • Operate, monitor, and control the various dry ice process equipment to maintain smooth operations
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet peak product demands
  • The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively What We're Looking For
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Comfortable with basic math
  • Proficient with computers and data entry systems
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with industrial equipment
  • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and repetitive tasks
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Certifications such as First Aid or Forklift Operation are a bonus Nice to Have
  • First Aid certification (bonus)
  • Forklift Operation certification (bonus) Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting hourly wage: 24.10 USD per hour
