About the Role Triumph Logistics is seeking a Drivers Helper in Forney, TX to support the Delivery Associate in high-volume Amazon delivery routes. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and physical stamina to help move packages efficiently. What You'll Do
- Safely assist the Delivery Associate in delivering up to 350–450 packages across 200+ stops per day during high-volume periods
- Follow all safety and delivery procedures at all times
- Provide positive and highly professional delivery experience for every customer
- Perform intense physically demanding work for 8–9 hours per day What We're Looking For

- Ability to troubleshoot and navigate complex delivery situations, including gated access, apartments, multi-location stops, customer instructions, and address discrepancies
- Strong attention to safety, detail, planning, and delivery quality procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
