About the Role Netradyne is seeking a Driver i Solutions Specialist to help fleets adopt and maximize the impact of Driver i AI-powered safety solutions, including GreenZone Score and automated coaching. The role focuses on turning video data into actionable safety insights to reduce collisions and costs.
What You'll Do
- Promote and implement Driver i safety solutions across fleets, enabling real-time coaching and proactive safety improvements.
- Translate data insights into coaching actions, reporting, and training for drivers and safety teams.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize use of GreenZone Score, in-cab alerts, and the Driver i app.
- Support integration with existing fleet technology and analyze video data to exonerate drivers or prove service claims.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with or interest in fleet safety technology, AI-based coaching, or video analytics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive user adoption.
- Customer-facing mindset with collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable coaching recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered coaching concepts such as automated coaching or Safety Manager Assistant.
- Knowledge of risk identification and driver behavior coaching strategies.
