About the Role The Driver•i Safety Technology Specialist focuses on deploying and communicating Driver•i safety solutions to improve fleet safety, provide full visibility, and drive data-driven coaching across drivers and vehicles. This role helps reduce risk, optimize operations, and improve ROI through real-time AI alerts and actionable insights. What You'll Do
- Provide full visibility in and around vehicles, detect risky driver behavior and external events, and use real-time AI alerts to prevent collisions.
- Locate and actively track all vehicles in real time, identify engine status via vehicle icons, and deliver accurate ETAs to support on-time deliveries.
- Measure safety driving behaviors with the GreenZone Score, enable automated coaching, and recognize positive driving.
- Protect drivers from false claims by providing objective video proof and enabling quick resolution.
- Enable communication between drivers and fleet managers via the Driver•i app and in-cab audio alerts to prompt corrective action and reinforce safety culture.
- Support fleet managers in tracking deliveries and ensuring drivers stay safe and on schedule. What We're Looking For
- Interest in safety technology and data-driven decision making to improve fleet performance.
- Willingness to learn and use Driver•i tools, real-time analytics, and video-based verification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and managers and coach for safer driving habits.
- Understanding of safety metrics such as speeding, hard braking, and distracted driving concepts.
