About the Role Netradyne's Driver•i platform delivers visibility, insights, and real-time safety alerts to fleets. The goal is to reduce collisions, protect drivers, and simplify compliance with HOS/ELD regulations through automated recognition and real-time scoring. This description highlights how the system enables driver-friendly safety programs and evidence-based decision making. What You'll Do
- Refine driver reward programs with automated recognition of safe driving behaviors.
- Leverage highly accurate in-cab alerts and easy access to video help to protect drivers and your service throughout trips.
- Empower drivers to make safe driving decisions with real-time GreenZone Score updates across 100% of drive time.
- Reduce claims and litigation costs with fast access to facts and evidence, including road-, driver-, and side-facing views.
- Manage HOS, RODS, DVIR, and IFTA reporting from a single Driver•i device and platform to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Use the Driver•i Mobile App as a gamification tool for engagement, benchmarking, and progress tracking.
- Support 2-lens or 4-lens Driver•i configurations with Hub-X and up to four additional cameras, plus optional in-cab monitor for a complete view. What We're Looking For
- A mindset aligned with safety, driver-friendly culture, and positive reinforcement as reflected by customer feedback.
- Interest in data-driven safety, real-time analytics, and evidence-based decision making.
- Ability to articulate the value of an integrated fleet safety platform to drivers and stakeholders. Nice to Have
- Experience with in-cab camera systems, telematics, or the Driver•i family of products.
- Familiarity with safety/regulatory concepts (HOS, ELD, IFTA) and driver performance metrics.
