About the Role
Join Netradyne as a Driver Coach / Data Tailor focused on configuring and delivering personalized coaching using Driver tools. You will help fleets and drivers succeed by aligning coaching sessions with business needs, leveraging the GreenZone Score and AI-assisted recommendations to reinforce safe driving.
What You'll Do
- Configure coaching options and fleet/driver settings in the Netradyne portal to meet business needs with full visibility to data.
- Leverage Driver features such as the GreenZone Score, Recommended Coaching, and SAM to identify top risky behaviors and coach drivers accordingly.
- Develop individualized coaching sessions for each driver, ensuring feedback is constructive and actionable.
- Review categorized video footage and alerts (e.g., stop sign compliance, speeding, following distance) to tailor coaching and improve performance.
- Foster a positive safety culture by using real-time alerts and automated coaching, helping drivers self-improve and managers stay informed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in driver safety coaching or fleet safety programs; ability to translate data into actionable coaching.
- Comfort with AI-powered safety tools and portals; familiarity with dashboards and scoring metrics like GreenZone Score.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor feedback to individuals and teams.
- Adaptability to configurable coaching workflows and self-coaching via mobile app.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Driver or similar fleet safety technology.
- Knowledge of safety culture and positive reinforcement approaches.
- Experience in logistics or transportation safety programs.
