Job Title: Driver

About the Role

• We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Driver to join our team at a reputable water manufacturing factory.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of bottled and sachet water to customers, distributors, and designated locations while ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport bottled and sachet water to customers and distribution outlets.
• Load and offload products carefully to prevent damage.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed and signed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist with other logistics duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven driving experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Good knowledge of Abuja road networks and surrounding areas.
• Ability to drive light and medium-duty delivery vehicles.
• Physically fit and able to load and offload products where necessary.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and of good character.
