About the Role Netradyne’s Driver•i Self-Coaching helps to hone drivers' skills with real-time insights, in-cab reminders, video coaching, and our GreenZone Score. The goal is to provide an accurate, continuously updated assessment of each driver’s skills and progress, enabling drivers and fleet managers to see how far they’ve come and to improve safety and performance.

What You'll Do

• Use real-time in-cab reminders, video coaching, and GreenZone Score to coach drivers and track progress over time.
• Enable drivers to self-improve with Driver•i Mobile App, providing information to implement positive changes without direct manager intervention.
• Review 100% of driving time to deliver comprehensive, up-to-date safety insights and feedback.
• Recognize and reward safe driving with DriverStars to boost morale and strengthen fleet safety culture.
• Provide automatic warnings to drivers about potential dangers and recognize when they navigate tricky situations with expert precision.
• Use high-definition video evidence to steer discussions, resolve incidents, and protect drivers and business from litigation.
• Leverage the GreenZone Score, which reflects drivers’ best moments, worst moments, and everything in between, across trips to drive continuous improvement.
• Support a culture of safety with gamification elements such as DriverStars and app-based challenges that motivate drivers to improve.
• Promote self-directed growth through the Driver•i Mobile App, which gives drivers the information they need to start implementing positive changes on their own—without manager intervention.

• Willingness to embrace gamification and incentives to motivate drivers and reinforce safe behaviors.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fleet safety technology or driver coaching programs.
• Familiarity with driver scoring metrics (GreenZone Score) and incentive programs (DriverStars).
