Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company staff, management, and clients to designated locations in a timely and professional manner
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections to ensure the assigned vehicle is roadworthy, clean, and in excellent working condition
- Plan and follow efficient routes, accounting for traffic conditions and scheduled appointments
- Assist with the delivery and pick-up of documents, parcels, or other company materials as directed
- Maintain a detailed logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records
- Ensure the vehicle is fueled, serviced, and maintained in accordance with the company’s vehicle management policy
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times
- Respond promptly to transportation requests from authorized staff and management
- Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authority immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming vehicle
