We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Department: Operations and Logistics

Reports To: Management / Logistics Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders, packages, and other items to customers promptly and safely.
• Ensure all orders and packages are properly checked before leaving the kitchen and delivered to the correct recipients.
• Inspect the vehicle regularly to ensure it is clean, roadworthy, and in good working condition.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Handle food packages carefully to maintain their quality and prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report delivery issues promptly to management.
• Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, and any incidents immediately to management.
• Perform other driving and logistics-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, especially Surulere and its environs.
• Previous driving or delivery experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, punctuality, honesty, and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle deliveries responsibly.

Key Performance Expectations:

• Timely deliveries, safe driving, proper handling of orders, good customer relations, and responsible vehicle management
