Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the assigned motor vehicle and provide transportation service to Expatriate/ visitors/ staff.

• Get and scan vehicle requests, arrange vehicles to meet the requirements in term of time, route, etc., - No complaint will be received.

• Maintain the fleet of assigned Vehicle to ensure good running condition and support administrative matter

• Inspection of assigned vehicle, oil, fuel, water, brake fluid, electrolyte, mechanical/ electrical, faults, oil leakages, accidental damages, paint, tire etc., and immediate necessary repair and correction.

• Duly filled logbooks, fuel records, in-time renewal and extension of vehicle licenses, update valid driving license, etc

• Maintain Proper records of purchasing and financial expenses that is easy for tracking and report generation

• Prepare payment for telephone, electricity and others bills.

• Handling fuel charges and claim back to Finance dept. in timely manner.

• Receive and inspect the purchased supplies, and discharge without delay.

• Receiving of supplies by respective users without damage and shortage

• Assist in apply sourcing and procurement process

• Insurance coverage for assets & properties of WVI-Myanmar

• Assist in apply comprehensive motor insurance and renewal process for WVIM Properties.

• Prepare and update insurance summery sheet for easier tracking.

• Insurance coverage for assets & properties of WVM.

• License renewal and update.

• Perform other tasks duly assign by supervisor/ manager

• Carry out or engage tasks with good judgment and responsibly.

• Perform additional duties and assignments proactively.

• Knowledge/ Qualifications for the Role

• At least three years of experience or knowledge of audit methodologies and practical implementation.

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business administration with professional qualifications in accounting. A graduate degree in Accounting or Management is preferred. If not a graduate should have other qualifying experience or education in auditing or accounting for at least three years.

• Must have good working knowledge of computerised accounting systems, preferably Sun Systems & Vision.

• Must be computer literate in using Microsoft Office programs.

• Strong skills are required in auditing and accounting practices.

• Must have attitude to learn new audit tectonic and be well versed in accounting and auditing principles.

• Must be unbiased and honest in reporting along with findings/facts and be able to recommend curative or preventive measures.

• Must know about various WV Myanmar financial management and accounting procedure and good tract record of honouring various policies and use those as measuring rods.

• Maturity and well organized and willingness to work under pressure of constant deadlines is important attributes.

• Must have good written and oral communication skills both in English and Myanmar language
