Driveline LTE

About the Role CNH Industrial N.V. is seeking a Driveline LTE to identify design requirements that should be validated in Product Validation for future tractor production. They define the test plan (DVP) and coordinate the execution, interfacing with test engineers, design engineers and program management to ensure alignment of requirements with validation tests and results. This role also seeks synergies to optimize the total effort and requires guiding the Testing Operational Team to allocate resources and resolve conflicts. What You'll Do

• Collect reliable information considering CNH experience, quality data, development requirements and resources availability to define the best trade-off activity plan.
• Set the priorities among the different tests required, ensuring they are correctly scheduled and completed for project milestones.
• Deal with Product Validation teams to obtain vehicles, driveline, components, test rooms, and people resources availability with the correct timing, using CNH internal tools.
• Show resource conflicts to the manager and support finding non-conventional solutions.
• Collect and synthesize the multitude of requirements of various kinds in documents easily accessible by third parties.
• Take appropriate technical risks based on experience and development knowledge.
• Determine if the component(s) / system(s) under evaluation are operating according to the intended design criteria.
• Diagnose problems to determine and implement corrective action, supporting the core project team.
• Collect and analyze test data, use test data to identify trends, problems.
• Interface effectively with support groups and customers, such as Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, and Program Management. What We're Looking For

• Ability to define test plans (DVP) and coordinate product validation with test engineers, design engineers, and program management.
• Strong skills in resource planning, scheduling, and prioritization to meet project milestones.
• Proven capability to manage resource conflicts and collaborate to find non-conventional solutions.
• Aptitude for collecting and synthesizing diverse requirements into accessible documentation for third parties.
• Willingness to take appropriate technical risks based on experience and knowledge.
• Competence in determining whether components/systems meet intended design criteria and in diagnosing problems to implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency in collecting and analyzing test data to identify trends and issues.
