Job Summary
- The Dozer Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of bulldozers for earthmoving, clearing, grading, levelling, spreading, and pushing materials.
- The role ensures assigned equipment is operated safely and efficiently while supporting operational requirements.
Job Description
- Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently for pushing, grading, levelling, clearing, and spreading materials.
- Carry out earthmoving, grading, and site preparation activities according to operational requirements.
- Perform routine pre-start and post-operation inspections of assigned equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly report faults, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Operate the dozer safely across varying terrain and ground conditions.
- Ensure proper grading, levelling, and movement of materials within designated work areas.
- Maintain awareness of personnel, vehicles, equipment, slopes, and other operational hazards.
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements and safe operating procedures.
