About the Role L3Harris is seeking a Supervisor, Operation under the DoW SkillBridge program. This role supports DoD SkillBridge participants and supervises operational activities to help deliver end-to-end technology solutions for national security missions. What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise operational activities as part of the DoW SkillBridge program to support mission-critical projects.
- Mentor and guide SkillBridge participants, fostering professional growth and safety/compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
- Assist in program coordination, scheduling, and reporting to maintain program integrity and outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising operations or programs, preferably within a defense/defense technology environment.
- Knowledge of or interest in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program and its requirements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment while maintaining compliance and safety.
