Role Description
- The Dotnet Developer role at Conclase is a contract position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a mix of on-site and work-from-home days.
- The developer will design, build, and maintain .NET applications, focusing on high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with client and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing application features using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC, writing clean and maintainable code following object-oriented programming principles, and performing debugging, testing, and optimization.
- The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Strong programming skills with a solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Software Development principles.
- Hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core for building modern, scalable applications.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC for developing robust, secure, and user-friendly web applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with on-site and remote team members.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and common software development tools and workflows.
- Experience with SQL databases and basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, testable code.
- Experience working in a banking or fintech industry.
