Position: Domestic IT Recruiter Experience: 3 – 5 Years Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur) Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Working Days: 5 Days/Week

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
