About the Opportunity

We're integrating QA into our product development organization and seeking domain experts from PDM end-user teams to lead quality for their areas. Your process knowledge is the essential qualification — we'll onboard you with the needed QA knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Quality Strategy & Leadership

• Define test requirements and strategies based on your PDM process knowledge

• Plan regression testing scope aligned to release risks and business criticality

• Classify test cases by severity and identify automation candidates

• Analyze user stories to ensure comprehensive quality coverage

• Execution & Collaboration

• Guide testing colleagues with your domain and business expertise

• Review test cases, plans, and documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Partner with Product Owners and developers on defect analysis and resolution

• Represent your domain in Quality Forums and Communities and provide progress updates

• Bridge Builder

• Translate business workflows into test scenarios technical teams can execute

• Ensure testing reflects actual user patterns, edge cases, and integration points

• Advocate for end-user quality needs throughout the development lifecycle

• What You Bring

• Must Have

• 5+ years hands-on PDM experience in one of the specified domains

• Deep process knowledge: workflows, business rules, common issues, critical scenarios

• Analytical mindset and strong collaboration skills

• Passion for quality and attention to detail

• Highly Valued

• Expertise in multiple domains

• Experience with agile delivery or quality validation activities

• German language will be an essential advantage

• Not Required (We'll Train You)

• QA certification, automation skills, or formal testing background
