Architectural Planning & Governance: Collaborate with the Engineering Director to develop and implement a detailed architectural strategy; ensure alignment between architecture planning and business goals across product lines; lead architectural governance processes and facilitate effective decision-making. Leadership Of Architecture & Engineering Teams: Directly manage Solution and Technical Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation; mentor team members to promote professional growth and skill development. System Design & Implementation: Design end-to-end solutions for retail and e-commerce platforms; gather system requirements from stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility; evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance performance, security, and scalability. Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation of architectural solutions; communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems; proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5-10; strong knowledge of relevant technologies, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud-based solutions like Azure; familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms; experience with DevOps practices and tools; excellent communication skills in English.
