Job title: Documentation Verifier – Shipping / Packaging
About the Role Role focuses on preparing castings for shipment and ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. You will verify quantities, part numbers, serial numbers, test bars, x-ray films, packing slips, and inspection documents per PCC and customer specifications. You will work on-site in Milwaukie, Oregon with the Deer Creek (DCA) Structurals division.
What You'll Do
- Verify documentation and parts before packaging to ensure paperwork is correct and complete.
- Check accompanying documentation is complete, including inspection documents, test bars, x-ray films, and packing slips.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and packaging processes.
- Ability to verify quantities, part numbers, serial numbers, and related documentation before shipment.
- Familiarity with inspection documents, test bars, and packing slips is a plus.
