Job title: Documentation Verifier
About the Role The Documentation Verifier ensures castings are prepared for shipment by verifying that quantities, part numbers, serial numbers and all accompanying inspection documents, test bars, packing slips and related paperwork are correct and complete per PCC and customer specifications. This on-site role supports packaging and quality processes at Precision Castparts' Deer Creek facility in Milwaukie, Oregon.
What You'll Do
- Verify that all necessary paperwork is correct and complete prior to packaging.
- Check accompanying documentation for completeness, including inspection documents, test bars, x-ray films, packing slips, and other required items.
- Confirm that quantities, part numbers, piece counts and serial numbers align with PCC and customer specifications.
- Ensure documentation and parts are ready for shipment in accordance with PCC standards.
What We're Looking For
- Attention to detail and thorough verification of documentation and parts.
- Ability to perform checks to ensure paperwork and packaging readiness.
- Familiarity with inspection documents, test bars, x-ray films and packing slips as part of the packaging process.
- Willingness to work on-site in Milwaukie, Oregon.
