Job title: Documentation Manager (a) (80 -100%)
About the Role As Documentation Manager, you ensure GMP-compliant and efficient filing and management of project- and inventory documentation for production and infrastructure facilities, including building documentation (both paper and electronic filing). You will act as a key user of the electronic document management system and support audits with rapid access to documents.
What You'll Do
- Ensure GMP-compliant documentation storage and management for production/infrastructure facilities and building documentation (paper and electronic)
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness and GMP compliance where applicable
- Work in a project team (matrix organization) and support procurement/creation of documents and services (e.g., external calibrations)
- Provide documents promptly during authorities and customer audits for the Engineering department
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation storage and processes
- Serve as Key User for the electronic Document Management System
What We're Looking For
- Technical or scientific background
- Experience with documentation management/filing; comfortable handling technical documents and certificates (FDA/ATEX)
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally GMP
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams; good German and English
- Experience with Documentation Management Systems

- Experience with procurement/creation of documents and services, e.g., external calibrations
