About this role
About the Role Documentation is your product. You will own and evolve external developer documentation end-to-end—from API references and SDK guides to integration tutorials and example applications—treating it with the same rigor as shipping code. You’ll drive documentation standards and consistency across Product, Engineering, TAMs, and Growth teams while influencing the developer experience for mobile integrations that touch 770 million users.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain high-quality docs for mobile SDKs (Swift/Kotlin) and related APIs, including tutorials, samples, and API references.
- Build lightweight demos and sample apps to validate what you document using Swift or Kotlin, with wrappers across Unity, Flutter, and React Native as needed.
- Contribute to documentation tooling including Markdown, frontend components, and styling.
- Use knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/TypeScript to identify friction in the developer experience and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with TAMs, Growth Managers, Product, and Engineering on technical escalations and documentation-driven releases.
- Employ AI-assisted workflows carefully; validate outputs for technical accuracy and build supportive AI tools to reduce integration friction.
- Perform debugging and root-cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows when issues arise.

- Experience with mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Comfort with Go, DynamoDB, SQL, and real-time state considerations where relevant.
- Cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration; excellent organizational skills.
