- Build lightweight demos in Swift or Kotlin to validate and showcase documentation.
- Contribute to documentation tooling (e.g., Docusaurus), Markdown, frontend components, and styling.
- Identify friction in the developer experience across mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, and JavaScript/TypeScript; implement fixes.
- Use AI-assisted methods to accelerate content creation while validating technical accuracy.
- Debug and perform root-cause analysis across mobile apps, APIs, and data flows using SQL, dashboards, and logs.
- Collaborate with TAMs and Growth Managers on technical escalations.
- Manage multiple documentation and integration projects in parallel across regions. What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years in Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Experience authoring API references, SDK guides, integration tutorials; treating docs as code; familiarity with Docusaurus.
- Proficiency with mobile SDKs, APIs, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript; Swift or Kotlin experience.
- Comfortable building demos in Swift or Kotlin; experience with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers is a plus.
- AI-assisted content creation mindset but strict validation for technical accuracy.
- Strong debugging and analytics skills (SQL, dashboards, logs).
- Cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration; ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Nice to Have
- Experience with Unity, Flutter, and React Native wrappers.
- Familiarity with Go and DynamoDB architectures.
- Experience building internal AI tools to reduce integration friction.
