Documentation Clerk (Customs Brokerage Mexico)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update shipment files in FreightStream, including file numbers, voyage details, and shipment dates.
- Request, review, and upload commercial documentation into FreightStream.
- Coordinate with Entry Writers and the Brokerage Manager as needed to ensure timely processing of entries.
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance, including piece count verification and consistency between invoices and packing lists.
- Investigate and update file records, ensuring all shipment information is complete and current.
- Manage daily tracing reports and follow up on pending items.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized documentation records.
- Implement updates to filing systems and processes as directed.
Work Schedule
- Guadalajara Office 8:30 am to 5:30 pm:
Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience.

Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role.

You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Knowledge of Customs Mexican Regulations and MX customs law.

Analytical mindset.

Advance English level.
