About the Role
Join Process9 as a Document Translation Specialist to support the MoxWords platform, translating a wide range of file types and preserving content meaning and formatting.
What You'll Do
- Manage translation projects using the MoxWords online portal.
- Upload documents, assign translation tasks, and monitor status with email alerts.
- Choose between machine translation and human translation; for human translation, select from Process9's translator network or any translator of your choice.
- Ensure translated files are exported in the same format as the source and maintain formatting.
- Leverage translation memory and glossaries to reduce duplication and costs.
- Collaborate with clients to meet timelines and quality expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with document translation or localization.
- Familiarity with translation workflows and CAT tools; understanding of machine translation and human translation options.
- Ability to handle multiple file formats (MS Office, HTML, JSON, XML, CSV, JS, audio, video).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain formatting integrity across languages.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to the MoxWords/Process9 platform.
- Knowledge of translation memory, fuzzy matches, glossaries, and quality assurance processes.
