About the Role The Document Control Clerk is a temporary position based in Spring Hill, TN. The role involves creating, revising, and maintaining controlled documents, specifications, bill of materials, and related files, ensuring adherence to cGMP and company SOPs, and collaborating with multiple departments to support production and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Create, revise, and maintain controlled documents, specifications, bill of materials, and related computer files; coordinate with departments to ensure approvals and compliance with document control policies.
  • Create Master Manufacturing Records and labels for new and existing products.
  • Assist in controlling the flow of production by communicating with all areas; process engineering change orders.
  • Ensure that documents are created and managed accurately and timely and that associated data input is completed; follow Armada's document control policies and procedures.
  • Route documents for approval as needed; coordinate with Sales, R&D, Quality and other departments to obtain documents approval.
  • Assist team members with MRP, scheduling and other duties as needed.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of work, proper handling of documents and computer files, and professional interaction with others.
  • Follow cGMP guidelines and processes as established in department SOPs.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma required but a 4-year degree preferred; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality or technical department; nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must be able to use Enterprise software products; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to organize workload, follow established priorities, and adapt to frequent priority changes with attention to detail; ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods; ability to work around a variety of smells and aromas; moderate standing and occasional squatting, bending, and twisting; ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours.
  • Work environment is normally in an office setting with occasional rounds in a warehouse; ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
