About the Role Austell, one of South Africa’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical companies, is expanding its presence nationwide. We are recruiting a Doctor Detailing Representative to promote products to doctors and healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and drive sales in the Durban area. What You'll Do
- Detail and promote Austell products to doctors and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospital staff
- Travel within Durban and surrounding areas as required
- Provide accurate product information, education, and support to medical professionals
- Achieve sales targets, report activities, and collaborate with the internal team to maximize performance
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current
What We're Looking For
- Graduates with a degree in a medical science field (Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, or related) or a BSc/medical degree
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or doctor detailing encouraged to apply; not required due to full training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Located in Durban or surrounding areas
