Job title: Dock Associate / Equipment Dock Stocker (6p-6a Shift)
About the Role Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Dock Associate to wrap pallets, load pallets into trucks, and move product to staging lanes and production lines. You’ll drive forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain pallet records, and ensure trailers are properly loaded, sealed, and documented to support efficient inbound/outbound logistics.
What You'll Do
- Drive forklift/pallet jack to load and move pallets
- Wrap pallets, record weight, and stage pallets to be loaded
- Load product into trailers
- Ensure correct paperwork for shipments
- Locate pallets by freight bill and assign labels
- Seal and release trailers
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dock area
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Education equivalent to four years of high school
- 1 year of experience operating forklift/pallet jack in a production/distribution facility
- Experience operating motorized electric pallet jack
- Ability to drive motorized equipment for long periods in a manufacturing plant
- Willingness to perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
- Working conditions include a manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature variations and heavy lifting
