Join MIU City University Miami as a Docente e Investigador (PDI) in the Educational Department. This part-time, fully remote faculty role focuses on teaching and mentoring graduate students in Human Resources, supported by PROEDUCA’s online learning platform. The position emphasizes academic excellence, curriculum relevance, and student success in a dynamic online university environment.
What You'll Do
- Teach graduate-level Human Resources courses
- Facilitate student learning through Canvas LMS
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and Capstone evaluations
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students
- Maintain academic excellence and integrity in teaching
What We're Looking For
- Possess a Master or Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent) and credentials issued by a properly accredited institution
- Proven experience teaching in higher education, with familiarity in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS) and ability to teach online
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
- Work permit in the United States
