As a DNA member, you’ll help inspire Apple culture, shape the experience of people here, and influence our products and services. This role focuses on accessibility advocacy and leading initiatives within Accessibility@Apple to expand understanding and belonging for deaf and hard-of-hearing colleagues and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and participate in DNA activities that promote accessibility and inclusive culture across corporate and retail teams, including sessions focusing on sign language and accessibility awareness in Japan and elsewhere.
  • Organize in-person sign language sessions for store employees, create awareness materials and share learnings with Apple colleagues globally.
  • Support initiatives that extend beyond events, sustaining momentum and helping colleagues shop and interact more inclusively.
  • Collaborate with Accessibility@Apple and DNA members, including leadership, to inspire culture and influence products and services.
  • Provide mentorship and networking opportunities to fellow DNA members and participate in inclusive conferences and career events.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for accessibility, inclusion, and empowering colleagues and customers.
  • Experience participating in or leading employee networks/DNAs, with ability to organize and drive sessions and activities across geographies.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills; comfort engaging with leadership.
  • Willingness to contribute to ongoing accessibility awareness beyond formal events and to cultivate a sense of belonging.
