DMT Agent Remplazo

The DMT Agent provides exceptional customer service and support for Compusafes, Smart Safes, Recyclers and other devices within the Brinks service offering. The DMT Agent operates in a fast-paced environment, proactively monitoring the network of devices and responding to incoming calls, emails and cases. This position provides incident management services with problem assessments, dispatching third party vendors, discussing issues with the site and providing escalations to internal and external business partners to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of customer service activities (+ 4 Years)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in a corporate environment and financial or similar field is a Plus

• Customer service oriented and results driven

• At least 2+ year of experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
