About this role
DM Parts Quality E&E
a) Analysing the quality issues reported at MSIL for supplied electrical and electronic parts.
b) Taking effective countermeasures for the quality issues observed at MSIL and horizontal deployment at suppliers.
- High analytical and problem solving capability to find out the root cause of quality problems and implement countermeasures (including horizontal deployment) at vendors.
c) Guidance to electrical and electronic part vendors for improvement and standardization of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and their controls for sustaining quality.
Knowledge and Hands on experience of Electrical & Electronic Parts.
2.Awareness of development systems like APQP, PPAP, Peak Volume Trials etc.

Should be capable of identifying gaps in production process of automotive electrical/electronic parts, end of line testing, fixtures, gauges, dies & molds.

Knowledge of QMS system eg.- ISO, IATF

- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Participated & involved in theme based Quality improvement activities
- Ability to work as a team.
d) Drive theme based quality improvements through CFT approach.
