Commercial Finance SF3-IN-F-3,SF3-IN-F-3 / DM Credit Man., Risk Rel. C Responsible for complying with encompassing regulatory requirements relating to the organizational (Front / Back Office) and operational structure within credit business, the procedures for early detection of risks and the risk classification for risk relevant business (RRB) in retail (B2C) and commercial finance (CF, considered RRB in total). Responsible for implementation of strategic and operational credit business and for the implementation of minimum standards for the operational credit business. Responsible for the quality of decision process, documentation and compliance with legal requirements in credit business. Responsible for the back office function for credit decisions within given competencies. Responsible for proactive development of measures and concepts in credit business. Responsible for Intensive Loan Management (ILM) and Problem Loan management for Commercial Finance. Responsible for the execution of all activities regarding the handling of commercial finance operations for both product lines (BMW & Alphera) and dealing with NSC for wholesale campaign implementation, mainly focused on application management, contract management, commercial loans, credit line management, sales.
