Division Supplier Quality Engineer

Day to Day Responsibilities

1. Supplier Qualification and Readiness Develop and qualify materials and suppliers to meet business and operational requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify materials and suppliers to meet business and operational requirements Coordinate qualification and verification activities with internal and external stakeholders Support supplier validation activities and timely delivery of required samples Ensure effective transition from qualification to operational use or to production support
2. Supplier Quality Management Manage supplier quality performance through quality systems and procurement strategies Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support production and incoming quality control Improve incoming material quality and resolve supplier-related quality issues Establish quality agreements with suppliers and strengthen supplier quality management
3. Supplier Performance and Continuous Improvement Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews Coordinate supplier change management activities Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers

Education & Experience

• B.S or above degree in Mechanical, Engineering, Chemical, IE or related major
• At least 3 years supplier quality management experience or quality management experience

Required Skills

• Management Skill and Leadership

• Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools, GB certified

• Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading

• Good communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation
