What You'll Do
- Model inclusive behavior and integrate DEI values into decision-making and operations.
- Support DEI goals within teams, participate in training and awareness activities, and address concerns related to discrimination or exclusion promptly.
- Ensure fair treatment and opportunities for advancement through policy-driven, bias-aware practices.
- Monitor DEI implementation and participate in periodic reviews to drive continuous improvement with the Human Capital Team.
