Over an intensive 44-week training period, you will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to take on responsibility for overseeing multiple ALDI stores. As a district manager, you will work closely with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service, foster a positive employee working environment, drive operational excellence, and accelerate sales growth.
